Oliver Associates, Inc. has
vast experience with Natural Resources. Proposed actions often
require additional coordination and approval of the U.S. Coast Guard,
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,
Texas General Land Office, Environmental Protection Agency, Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality, and NMFS.
BOA has designed and/or built over 1,400 acres of wetland habitat, including two wetland mitigation banks.
Compensatory mitigation systems are often required as part of USACE
permits; and where applicable, BOA professionals design these
systems. Mitigation systems require a unique understanding of the
Natural Environment and our professionals routinely design systems in
harmony with the Texas environment.
Our professionals are recognized leaders in providing assessments for
wetlands and Jurisdictional Waters of the United States. They
excel at the permitting services required by Sections 401 and 404 of
the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. All
delineations of Jurisdictional Waters of the United States are
performed in accordance with the 1987 USACE Wetland Delineation Manual.
